'Merry Creeper Christmas' 2011

I made this collage card for my boyfriend.

For those who don't know Minecraft is an indie explorer game in a world made up of blocks. Creepers are best at creeping and exploding!

Triffids

Half way through reading John Wyndham's famous 1951 novel 'The Day of the Triffids'.
The descriptions throughout conjure up so much imagery of the triffids that I can't stop drawing them! I did a quick rough book cover today. As the cover of the book I'm reading is lacking to say the least. As below its a bunch of actors from the 2009 TV adaptation, could be for any distaster.

Craft Night

Craft night last week with the ladies from work. An evening well spent surrounded by books, knitting and crochet assortments. Exciting art plans on things to do and make in the future.
Of course I left with these delightful drawings by Callum age 6 that he let me take home!

Crochet makes me aggressive I managed to make what can only be described as a monobrow. Im now knitting something purple, I haven't decided what it is yet....
